What you'll learn in this expert session
Would you recognise a complication with a DOAC? Would you know how to manage it? Not sure? Then listen to this presentation.
Managing patients on a DOAC has been a breeze compared to managing patients on warfarin. No more juggling INRs, diets and concurrent medications. But as we all know - there are no completely risk-free solutions in medicine. In this presentation, Cardiologist Prof Andrew Sindone will provide insight and understanding into how to identify and assess complications of this very popular group of drugs, and, importantly, how adverse effects of DOACs can be best managed.
