About the Expert
Christie Lee Austin-Hore
Christie Lee Austin-Hore is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and director at Christie Lee Nutrition based in Perth Western Australia. Christie has a special interest in women’s health, fertility and pregnancy and can provide expert dietary advice in a range of areas including pregnancy nutrition, improving egg and sperm health, PCOS, endometriosis, gestational diabetes, healthy weight and more. Having completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet for IBS course, Christie is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the FODMAP elimination diet, managing food intolerances and improving gut health through nutrition.
