What you'll learn in this expert session
While most adult patients with asthma can be readily and effectively managed in primary care, a small group presents with persistent symptoms despite our best efforts. In this presentation, Respiratory and Sleep Physician, Dr Christopher Worsnop will guide us on how to approach such patients, from confirming an asthma diagnosis, including commonly confused differential diagnoses, to identifying which patients may need triple therapy and when it should be initiated. He will update clinicians on the latest evidence-based guidelines and demonstrate what optimal asthma management looks like in community settings.
