What you'll learn in this expert session
A baby with possible reflux is a common presentation in primary care, and it’s one that healthcare professionals can usually manage confidently without the need for referral. In this presentation, Dr Rupert Hinds, Paediatric Gastroenterologist, details what is involved in a practical, comprehensive assessment of these babies, including red flag symptoms and signs that should not be missed. He will also outline the most appropriate management of infantile reflux in both breastfed and formula-fed babies.
