What you'll learn in this expert session
In this presentation, Joel Mason, Nurse Practitioner, explores the surprising parallels between restaurant brigades and healthcare teams. From “mise en place” preparation, role clarity and communication, through to teamwork under pressure and reducing burnout, you’ll discover how lessons from the kitchen can be applied to everyday nursing practice. This unique perspective will spark fresh ideas on leadership, workflow, and creating safer, more supportive environments in healthcare.
