Expert: Dr David Topping
Dr David Topping is an Honorary Fellow with CSIRO Health and Biosecurity in Adelaide. His main research focus for 40 years has been principally the relationship between fibre and gut health. He is the author of over 180 papers and book chapters and 11 patent disclosure. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Technology and Engineering and the Nutrition Society of Australia and is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
