What you'll learn in this expert session

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is not a benign condition. Dr Christopher Soo, a General Practitioner, explains that ADHD can cause significant morbidity, reduced quality of life, and even premature mortality if not detected early and effectively treated. Dr Soo, who has ADHD himself, will also detail the most common presenting signs and symptoms that may lead a clinician to suspect the diagnosis. He outlines what can be done in the primary care setting to expedite the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of these children.
